II. OFFICE PROCEDURE IN BRINGING THE APPLICANT:
A. Sponsor needs to bring the original copy of the visa along with his passport copy upon release in immigration.
B. The OWWA Employment Contract of the applicant to be given to the sponsor for signature and be attested first in Philippine Embassy.
C. The applicant is ready to travel from Philippines maximum 30-45 working days upon visa ready or completion of all the requirements.
D. Booking/ reservation for the ticket should be made by the sponsor
III. UPON ARRIVAL OF THE APPLICANT IN DUBAI
A. Sponsor must send the applicant for medical test in Dubai Government Hospital maximum a week upon arrival.
B. When medical result is ready, sponsor should stamp the visa of the Applicant in the passport before 60 days.
IV. PROCEDURE IN THE PHILIPPINES
1. Medical – once the applicants are medically fit they proceed by the next step. Medical results are normally released within 3-5 days if there is no problem with the medical. It would take some days if there are other findings and she needs to go back to the clinic for confirmation. Medical is General Check up excluding Dental, ECG, and Ultrasound. Medical Expenses is being paid by the sponsor/worker which are NOT included in the processing fee in Dubai. Other medical expenses will be shouldered by the applicant.

3. POEA processing (POEA- Philippine Overseas Employment Administration)
– once all certificates are released, the Contract of Employment attested by Philippine Embassy, Dubai will be forwarded to POEA for processing and will be released within 5-7 days.
